~driving lessons plymouth~pass plus plymouth~plymouth driving schools~
Cancellations
- Students are required to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson. Failure to do this will result in the lessons being charged as taken.
- where possible all short notice lessons should be re-sceduled.
- Continual cancellations cause problems. After 1st cancellation, the next booked lesson will only be for 1 hour, this is to safeguard against another cancellation.
- If you are not happy with the tuition you recieve please talk to me about it first. If it cannot be resolved any monies owing will be refunded. Lessons taken will be charged at the full hourly rate.
While cancellations can be a nuisance, I do use common sense. If you have a problem PLEASE talk to me about it, usually things can be re-arranged.
